60 miles of wide sandy beaches and more than a hundred golf courses for
vacationers to enjoy. Also known as the Grand Strand,
the North Myrtle Beach area is a fantasy land of family
attractions. In between beach days, take the kids go-cart
racing at the a Family Thrill Park, on
a breathtaking roller coaster ride or miniature golfing at any of the area's 46
fun-themed courses. More serious golfing can be found
pretty much anywhere, on some of the highest-rated courses
in the U.S.
Property Amenities:
"This unit has a king in the master, a single and double in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The sofa makes into a queen. The rental folks say eight and it depends on the group and number of kids. We rent to families over age of 25 as 50% of the building has permanent residents. Computer with high speed internet access. Vonage internet phone service with free US and Cnd calls.
Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM This is the total rent and includes all fees. Please confirm with a phone call or email if you want the condo. Remit 50% of rent in the next 7 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.

September through December is an amazing time to be down the shore. The beaches are quiet, the weather is perfect, and most of the nutz have gone home! We're happy to rent out our beautiful shore house for the Weekend, Week, Month...even the whole Fall/Winter/Spring season if you're interested. Rates and Dates are negotiable, just give us a call.

Things we are not negotiable on: Cleanliness, Pets, Smoking, Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, or anything else that constitutes disrespecting our lovely home!

We have 4 bedrooms (2 Queen Beds, 2 Queen Sofa Beds, 1 Double, 1 Single) and 1.5 Baths & an Enclosed Outdoor Shower. The house has everything you could possible need: Pillows, Blankets, Sheets, Towels, Kitchenware, Grill, Bikes, Beach Chairs, Outdoor Patio, Central Air, WiFi...THE WORKS!
