We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Oncology Marketing - Field Execution role for the breakthrough Immuno-Oncology product, Keytruda. This is a high visibility role interacting with a broad range of stakeholder groups and leadership, requiring a high degree of collaboration, strong project management skills and the ability to lead large groups in a dynamic environment across multiple launches and market events. Keytruda has a brod range of approved indications in market and will have additional launches ongoing. This position will be focused on the initial launch of indications as well as ensuring flawless field execution in the face of external market events impacting current approaved indications. This position currently has one direct report. The position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA and will report to the Director, Oncology Marketing - Pan Tumor. This position will require outstanding leadership in many areas of product management including flawless launch execution, product strategy development, market development, market segmentation, personal promotion, competitive dynamics, and issues management. He/she will develop and execute launch tactical plans, metrics and KPIs, field communications business plans through marketing strategies, goals, and tactics. Key responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: Oversee field execution work for launches, label updates, and meetings, including overall timing of how initiatives will be rolled out with the field Field communications Inform KPI development and incentive planning for field sales Salesforce Point (Field Input Team, Brand Business Team, Sales/Marketing Integration, Field Q&A) Pan-Tumor input into Field Promotion (Issue response guides, Transition statements, Field resources, VEEVA e-mails, IPad resources, timing of deployment) Meeting Planning Point (District Meetings, National Sales Meetings, Launch Meetings) Lead Framework for KEYTRUDA Field Tactical Plans for field sales representatives and field sales managers and ensure appropriate roll-out Lead Updates of Customer Targeting/Segmentation, dashboards, and other field analytics Pan Tumor Lead Rapid Response team (Keytruda Melanoma, Lung, H&N, GU) pre and post launch to address field and customer issues in rapid fashion KEYTRUDA training point for field sales representatives and field sales managers Brand compliance point Brand point for integrated customer engagement execution Qualifications Education: Required: BA/BS Preferred: MBA Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of (5) years Pharmaceutical business experience Strong project management skills, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority, and working successfully with cross-functional teams Requires approximately 25% travel, including some weekends.
