About Client Data Management The Wealth Management Client Data Management Group is responsible for performing review of client documentation and establishing clients or performing maintenance that allows the front office to provide banking, trading and investment services. The team interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to, Client Onboarding, Investors, Bankers, Middle Office, Operations, Client Services and Fiduciary Officers in an effort to assist with client requests, inquiries and/or issues and to ensure proper account opening, maintenance, and credit lending capabilities. The team is also responsible for the integrity of the client's data in the systems supported across multiple lines of businesses (Client Central, Customer Assist, WorkStation, CASSII, PRISM, SBS, ARR/DDA, OMNI) in support of various types of products owned by our clients, such as managed, custody, brokerage, credit, mortgages, checking/savings, margin, and FX. The team supports various data remediation efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and to enhance the client experience. Responsibilities * Manages a team and effectively manage performance, including the development of strong leadership skills. Effective oversight and motivation of the team in India * Develop business cases to obtain funding for Technology enhancements. Partner with the Business, Key Stakeholders, and Technology to lead various projects impacting client data * Drive automation, data remediation and process re-engineering initiatives to improve quality and productivity. Partner with business, operations and technology colleagues for timely delivery of projects within scope, budget and time. Resolve roadblocks and work with Technology to maximize quality of code delivered. * Act as the escalation point for sensitive client issues, assessing root cause and developing tactical and strategic preventive measures * Foster a risk preventions culture: Stay abreast of newly implemented regulatory requirements and manage changes to business rules, technology enhancements, or processes. Ensure robust CSA, Business Resiliency, Client Confidentiality, Escalation, Procedure Governance, and Access Management practices. Ensure early warning metrics and compliance with various regulations * Anticipate challenges and implement solutions in order to manage the expectations of internal business partners for a positive client experience * Participate in defect and issue resolution during QA and UAT testing cycles* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop high performing teams * Ability to think strategically and design, articulate, and execute a strategic plan * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills * Disciplined and proactive approach to Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance * Demonstrated track record with process reengineering * Strong Client focus and sense of urgency. Self-directed and motivated * Results oriented - execute tasks and initiatives effectively and efficiently * Strong Communication skills, Exposure to Lean a plus * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Strong analytic and problem resolution abilities * Project leadership capabilities * 5 years or more of operations experience * Knowledge of financial products with an understanding of the attributes of investment products * Advanced Excel Skills - Macros, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, and Conditional Formatting * Access Database Skills - Develop queries using SQL or Query Design * B.A. / B.S.
