Core day and weekend availability needed for a total of 8 : 28 hours per week. **Saturday hours : 8am : 5pm required for one of these positions. This analyst will support existing customers within our current ITC customer base helping to solidify/augment coverage requirements. These positions will require analysts to support a large animal health account and will require a general understanding of PC Hardware and Software, the ability to type and talk and most importantly, the ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills. Prospective students should demonstrate the willingness to learn and the desire to work in a professional environment. Additional attributes include; positive attitude, team player, strong communication skills, analytical, dependable and professional appearance. Nice to haves include working knowledge of help desk related tools, such as problem management software, knowledge databases, telephony, etc. Computeraid is an Equal Opportunity Employer : EOE.Professional skills: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills are preferred as daily interaction with CAI customers via the phone and electronically will take place.
