Our Global Resourcing team is growing, and we have a great opportunity for a recruiter to join us in the US. Reporting to the Head of Global Resourcing this role is responsible for supporting Hiring Managers and candidates across Taylor & Francis US Offices.

Direct sourcing and engaging with both managers and candidates across a range of departments from Editorial, Marketing; Technology and Sales this role would suit an agency or in-house recruiter.

Role responsibilities include:

Working with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment plans for candidate attraction, including assisting in the writing of effective job adverts and partnering with managers to design and deliver effective assessment methods.
Identify and implement cost effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.
Ensuring candidates have a great candidate experience through the T&F recruitment journey.
Actively managing a talent pool of candidates to reduce agency spend and promote direct sourcing where possible.
Drive Taylor & Francis recruitment messaging across social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn), to increase candidate attraction. In addition, upskilling and supporting line managers on social media use in recruitment.
Interviewing with managers across the US for senior hires.
Supporting hiring managers in using T&F’s ATS ‘Jobtrain’.
Identify opportunities for combined resourcing activities across the Taylor & Francis business when there are multiple roles of a similar nature.
Ensure all recruitment advertising is as strong as possible and adheres to appropriate legislation and company policy, and that appropriate selection tools and processes are being used.
Supporting the Head of Global Resourcing and US HR Operations team on ad-hoc projects as required.

The ideal candidate will require:

Experience of partnering with business stakeholders to support recruitment activities
Successful experience of direct candidate attraction using a range of social media channels with proven experience of sourcing candidates for difficult to fill roles
Good knowledge of US recruitment practices and employment legislation
Knowledge of recruitment best practice on interviews and assessment, alongside knowledge of appropriate HR legislation pertinent to recruitment activities
Knowledge and experience of e-recruitment systems
Strong Communicating skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build effective working relationships but also equally be able to challenge hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment decisions are taken.
Creativity and a problem-solving mindset.
A deadline driven attitude, with good time management to balance competing demands.

This job is paying between $60-70k plus benefits and bonus.
