Team Mishi is looking to add a Recruiter to support our growing business. A world:class company needs world:class HR, and youll help us make history.
What Youll Do:
Recruiting and Staffing
Mishimoto is growing leaps and bounds. Hiring rock:star talent is our number one initiative. Youll play a key part by:
:Managing the full:cycle recruiting process from job description creation to offer letter.
:Researching and employing the best marketing strategies for each role.
:Implementing proactive recruiting and best practices to help us meet our recruiting goals.
:Keeping the recruiting process moving efficiently and in a timely manner by following up with candidates and the hiring team at each step of the process.
:Managing the company LinkedIn page, keeping it up to date with new job postings and updates on company events and exciting news.
:Building a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future roles.
:Making recommendations and improvements on all things recruiting, including process mapping to identify areas of opportunity.
:Partnering with the Leadership and HR teams to develop strategies for key staffing initiatives.
:Driving a positive candidate experience.
:Representing Team Mish at job fairs and other recruiting events.
:Being the point of contact for pending new hires, answering questions and ensuring all necessary processes/actions are completed prior to the new hire start date.
:Updating and improving our recruiting metrics, were always looking for new ways to exceed our goals, youll help us knock our recruiting goals out of the park.
:Being an advocate for Team Mishi by reinforcing our culture and core values in everything you do.
Your Creds:
:Bachelor of Business
Administration/Human Resources or BA/BS with equivalent practical experience
:3+ years managing full:cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing
:Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (GreenHouse experience a plus)
Extra Credit:
:Experience working in the automotive industry
You are good at:
:Rigorously prioritizing and multitasking, as well as excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all areas of Human Resources.
:Keeping a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
:Technical and creative writing. Youll be creating job descriptions and other recruiting and onboarding documents.
:Delivering amazing customer service. We arent the stereotypical DMV.
:Influencing and communicating. Youll continually be talking to people, whether helping an employee with a situation, or conducting interviews, orientation, or training program.
:We are a support function to the business, and we need all the functions to help us be successful.
:Coming to the table with solutions. Many of our best programs and policies are yet to be created. You are comfortable identifying problems and doing the work to take the HR department to the next level.
:Using Microsoft Office, learning new software systems quickly, and using the Internet and social media like a boss. These are our key tools to getting our work done.
