Manager of Network Help Desk Services

King of Prussia, PA

Your primary responsibility will be to provide on-site and remote user and infrastructure support for physical and virtual desktops, servers, applications and data. premises,. Tasks involved in this role may include, but are not limited to:

  • Windows desktop & server OS and hardware support, design, build, configuration, deployment and management
  • Desktop application installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance including:
    • Microsoft Office
    • iManage FileSite & DeskSite
    • pdfDocs
    • Internet Explorer
    • Google Chrome
    • System Center / Forefront Endpoint Protection
    • PatOrg
    • Pattsy Wave
    • PGP
    • Xinc Email Signatures
    • ECopy
    • Mimecast MSO
  • Backend server administration, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance including:
    • XenDesktop / XenApp
    • iManage WorkSite
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Windows File & Print Servers
    • Microsoft Exchange
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
    • Aderant Expert
    • Compulaw
    • EMC Avamar Backup
  • Cloud computing services administration, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance including:
    • Office 365
    • Mimecast
    • vCloud Director
  • Virtualization Infrastructure administration, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and maintenance including:
    • VMware ESXi / vSphere
  • Endpoint and user peripherals configuration, deployment, management & support including
    • PCs
    • Thin Clients
    • Mobile Devices
    • Printers, scanners and other peripheral hardware
  • Network configuration, deployment, management & support including:
    • Internet Service
    • WiFi
    • Network Printers
    • Netscaler Load Balancers & Gateways
    • Routers & Switches
  • Supplemental engineering support of on-premises infrastructure, network, desktop and application projects using any of the above systems.
