About the Job
A client in Philadelphia is looking to bring on an HR Coordinator to their Human Resources team. This person will be providing support for the employee relations, on-boarding process, and company event planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Facilitate all required pre-hire paperwork.
- Ensure that confidentiality is maintained regarding all employee information.
- Responsible for completing verification upon request/receipt from external organizations or internal need.
- Event Planning

Working hours: M-F 9-5

Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS
--Bachelor's Degree
--1 to 3 years Human Resources related experience. (non-Profit Experience is a plus)
--Must possess strong time management and organizational skill, and demonstrate accurate attention to detail
--Flexible and adaptable with an ability to perform in a rapidly changing, dynamic and growing work environment
--Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
--Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems
--Displays good communication skills, both verbal and written
--Has the ability to build partnerships with various teams both internally and externally
--Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
