If youA?re interested in becoming a part of our elite team, please explore our current career opportunities.The Global Recruitment Manager is responsible for designing SolenisA? global recruitment strategy through engagement with internal and external recruiting partners and Human Resources professionals across the globe. He/she will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, develop and manage all recruitment policies, processes and programs. He/she will partner with colleagues in integrating global recruitment practices that allow for regional flexibility when required. The Global Recruitment Manager will implement global sourcing and recruiting campaigns to attract and acquire high quality talent that makes Solenis a recognized leader in the field. As lead of the recruitment efforts, this position will be charged with building a robust candidate pipeline, improve the efficiency of recruitment processes and systems and increase the presence and knowledge of Solenis as an employer of choice. The incumbent for this role will be a recognized subject matter expert in recruitment developing strong relationships with the business executives, and across the HR organization to effectively influence and drive talent acquisition strategies. This position will report to the Director of Talent Management.Partner with Solenis Business Leaders and HR regional leaders to establish a streamlined and integrated recruitment model.Responsible for owning and driving the commercial staff recruiting processIn a highly collaborative way, design and implement talent acquisition processes on a global basis that allow for efficient use of resources and flexibility for regional and cultural differencesManage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to maintaining documentation to ensure a thorough audit if required. Manage and ensure effective vendor management, integrating partner support from external vendors in managing talent acquisition programs and processes. Establish measures and hold vendors accountable for meeting performance expectations. Evaluates vendor performance ongoing and lead RFPs over time as needed for continuous improvement, improved cost management and increased efficiencies. Lead the evaluation of contracts and the negotiation of vendor partners and closely partner with Legal and Sourcing.Engage in workforce planning and forecasting organization:wide; collaborate with Business Development and Field Support teams to identify priority countries and programs, build talent pipelines, and source talent in advance of open positions.Manage online recruiting resources and enhance utilization of Applicant Tracking System (currently iCIMS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates globally.Develop and execute affirmative action plans and ensure accurate/timely compliance reporting (e.g., EEO, VETS:100, etc.) Create and fost
