:The SSEM drives specific Innovation service offerings to our top enterprisecustomers helping them more efficiently operate and optimize their SAP investments. Works closely within the SAP ecosystem and SAPs various services organizations, customers, and partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP solutions. Candidate is expected to be a significant contributor to the overallsuccess of the customer relationship.
:Provides leadership and drives the execution of growth plans across the target market for SAP State and Local Government, Higher Education and Healthcare customers across the US.
:Develop innovative campaigns in areas including Smart Cities, Health Platforms and Student Platforms leveraging SAPs digital framework.
:Drives syndication of best practice programs, tools, methods and processes to accelerateprofitable performance.
:Identifies, evaluates and executes on investment opportunities.

:Implement business strategies to ensure customer success driving revenue targets for software and software related services.
:Participate in a team:selling environment working with one or more Account Executives (AEs) and/or Services Account Manager (SAMs), GAD's on assigned accounts
:Develops GTM strategy. Develops account and closing plan that follow the MEDDIC process.Uses the document as basis for account activity.
:Recognize the skills of others within the business and seek to develop skills through observation, research and practice
:Treating customers and colleagues with respect, fairness and consideration
:Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction to develop referenceable clients
:5 plus years direct quota carrying selling experience in the enterprise software and services industry. Ideally, a combination of both direct enterprise software sales and direct services sales.
:State and Local government industry experience is required
:Experience selling SAP software is a plus.
:Understanding of State and/or Local government procurement process.
:Experience in achieving and exceeding quota and/or P and L responsibility.
:Background and experience in high ticket complex sales cycles. Value selling and solution selling experience and training. Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and the overall lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
:Knowledge of SAPs Partners, Competitors and the regional IT Industry
