Expectations and Tasks
WatchList Process:
:Updates to process documentation, templates, online tools and training materials to reflect changes and simplifications to the overall critical customer management process.
:Support the Service Delivery Process with the rollout and adoption of global processes influencing activities in the Service Delivery management process e.g. Watch List, Mission Control Center, etc.
:Working in combination with Regional Service Delivery Leaders, Customer Engagement and Operations to assist and support in the resolution of conflicts for opportunities to stream line remediation processes.
:Consolidate content and deliver training to new hires under the guidance of the CCO.
Customer Office leadership support
:Support the CCO with the development and management of special initiatives and programs
:Provide assistance with the execution of daily/monthly operational functions, including roll:out of WatchList customers to Regional Service Delivery Leaders
:Set up tools (i.e. jam, apps, etc.) required to grow a connection intelligence community for the members of the operations team.
:Build and rollout a repeatable on:boarding program for new colleagues within the Office of the CCO.
:Participation in weekly meeting cadences and distribution of meeting minutes and actions items
Skills / Competencies
:Fluent in English and local language, written and spoken
:Demonstrated leadership in curricular, extra:curricular activities and athletics
:Strong communication skills including an aptitude and passion for public speaking
:Creative and resourceful self:starters with strong interpersonal skills who are eager learners
:Possess a strong desire to work in a dynamic, fast paced sales organization
:Relationship oriented possessing an aptitude for quickly creating and nurturing connections with others
:Multi:dimensional experiences in 2 or more of the following areas: global experience, study abroad, leadership role, entrepreneurial/self:starter, volunteerism, music, and/or other relevant extracurricular pursuits. Portuguese desirable
:Demonstrated intellectual maturity in 2 or more of the following areas: problem solving, tough mindedness, resilience, can do/make it happen attitude, open minded, ability to manage pressure
:Strong Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups, fuzzy look:ups, etc.) Light visual basic skills ideal but not mandatory
:Analytical skills : ability to organize and analyze data in meaningful ways in order to highlight customer / industry trends and determine target lists
:Research capabilities : ability, and interest, to poll sources of information, collect information for analysis
Educational Requirements
:College degree
Qualifications
:If applicable, maximum of 5 years of work experience in a operations environment
:Demonstrated knowledge of customer experience business processes and industry trends
:Relevant projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality deliverables
