Expert Services GTM and Portfolio is a global team at the heart of the SAP Hybris Expert Services organization. Our mission is to define, improve and promote services that make SAP Hybris customers successful. We have geographic presence in EU (London, Walldorf) and US East Coast. We interact extensively with other Expert Services regional teams, stakeholders within the Customer Engagement and Commerce LoB (CEC LoB) and beyond that with our counterparts in Digital Business Services. Focus of the Portfolio part of the team is to build new or improve existing services to address our customers' needs, launch these services internally by enabling our consulting workforce. The GTM part of the team is responsible for driving the commercialization process to full readiness and marketing of these services.
We are seeking to expand our team by adding one full time global team member with focus on Go:to:Market.
Purpose of the job:
The person in the role must be able to influence without authority, as he/she will interact with several different teams in other departments, working with a multitude of key stakeholders in Digital Business Services, IT, GCO Services Sales organization and of course CEC (part of P and I bard area).
The main area of responsibility will be to support overall GTM readiness by running various strategic GTM related initiatives, especially in areas where we need to deepen our business presence, e.g. the definition of a sales channel focused on serving small and medium sized customers and the representation of Expert Services in SAP Hybris related services offerings across the board. The person in the role must be able to own and drive these initiatives with an end to end responsibility.
This role is of global nature, and geographically speaking key stakeholders are located mainly in North America (NSQ, NYC, Palo Alto, Montreal) and EU (London, Walldorf, Munich). The ideal candidate should be located in NSQ, Munich or Walldorf/Rot to derive synergies with the rest of the team and personal relationships with key stakeholders.

:Drive development and own execution of strategic initiatives in the GTM space
:Enable full market readiness of innovative service offerings
:Independently drive complex projects with the objective of commercializing new services with the associated end:to:end SAP process enablement.
:Work with other appropriate teams to ensure compliance in the commercialization of new offerings
:Drive product and market research, positioning / messaging, FAQ documents creation
:Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Management team on content creation and with Services representatives from other areas of the company
University degree in marketing, business administration, comparable education or job experience
