Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team membersEducates, motivates, leads, guides and directs all assigned representatives to reach their highest potential and career goalsSets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, AHT, ACW, etc Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment Provides coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action Conducts annual performance reviews for team members Provides expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers Positions will span three sites Allentown, PA, Horsham, PA and Reno, NVAbility to work evening hours up to 8:00 pm depending on business needs Requirements:High School Diploma or GED2+ years in a leadership role such as team lead, coach, trainer or training facilitator1+ years of experience working in MS Excel (creating, sorting, filtering)Assets:Some college or higher preferred Familiarity with Siebel, Ike, CMS, AnalyticsSoft Skills:Excellent communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong presentation skillsAbility to facilitate changeAbility to drive employment engagementAbility to manage multiple administrative tasksAbility to work independently as well as in a Team environment.Proven ability to drive performance and results in a fast paced environmentCareers with Optum.
