This position is responsible for the coordination of all Maintenance accredited training activities/programs to improve line and station performance and meet regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: develop training materials and conduct training; assist adjunct instructors in the development and procedures; monitor TSD and accreditation renewal; manager training intranet and VISION database; assist line management in oversight of OJT/TPE activities for qualifications; perform self:assessments and observations to identify strengths and weaknesses needing corrective action; partner with maintenance line management to manage and monitor the training programs; support refuel outages as assigned.:/h1:
REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent (ANSI/ANS 3.1:1981). 3:10 years experience in Maintenance and/or training at a nuclear power plant required. Must have experience in Controls Instrumentation and Electrical components. Must meet the Nuclear departments requirements for unescorted access.
DESIRED: Bachelors Degree
