About the Job

We are a rapidly growing Medical records retrieval company. We are looking for a PART-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT to join our team in Newtown Square. We work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is a must.
Job Duties
-Follow up calls to Hospitals and Doctor’s offices to obtain records
-Copying and scanning records to upload to our website
-Correspondence with Law firms via phone and email
-Data Entry
-Positive Attitude
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Quickbooks knowledge encouraged, but not necessary
-Legal experience a plus
