Purpose and Objective:
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Senior Developer in our Newtown Square, PA location to be responsible for quality assurance of incoming PFG documents, identification of development resources, dispatch of PFGs and quality assurance of outgoing Solution Proposals.
Expectations and Tasks:
Monitor the overall PFG process using dashboards, and perform roll:out of process improvements within development organization based on aligned findings. Perform provision and update of training material, templates, best practices to the development organization. Coordinate PFG resolution across organizational boundaries and help ensure customer satisfaction. Ensures regular alignment with regional MCC/ICCs with regards to demand forecasting, SLA review, process. Demonstrate an ability and willingness to quickly and independently learn previously unfamiliar SAP functionality and to understand reasonably well the corresponding PFGs. This applies both to a technical and a functional level. 10 travel required.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Position requires a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related and 6 years of experience. Will accept a masters degree and 4 years of experience.
Experience must involve 4 years of SAP software development; experience debugging SAP solutions (such as Business Objects or related solution); experience with the Scrum process (including Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives or related process); technical experience with current IT technologies (including SQL, HTML5, UNIX OS, or a related technology); and experience with ICC/MCC processes. 10 travel required.
