Location: Philadelphia Intl Apt (PHL-TRML) Additional Locations: None Requisition ID: 5052 Job Description This position provides a wide variety of office duties for one or more management/specialist personnel. The following duties may apply: Typing, filing, and providing telephone coverage Processing mail and ordering supplies Handling employee requests and inquiries Greeting and directing customers Handling of hotel and travel arrangements Handling injuries on duty Processing emergency travel Updating and relocating files Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Possess a High School diploma or GED. Previous on-the-Job office/clerical experience Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with little supervision Must possess excellent office and communication skills Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point is required Ability to use SABRE (RES & DECS), Share Point, Oracle, Invoice Works, and Work Brain Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language May be required to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted privileges to airport security identification display area (SIDA) Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority escort badge and/or US Customs security badges if applicable Must be willing to travel on Company business if and when necessary​ Additional Locations: None Requisition ID: 5052
