Based at Arkemas Corporate Office and R and D Center in King of Prussia, PA, the Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Functional Additives R and D Director, R and D Managers and direct reports.
Key activities include (but are not limited to):
: Information entry into key databases, including: SAP, Impact, GP Mate, R and D Portfolio.
: Document safety:related activities, including scheduling, coordinating and follow:up on actions assigned.
: Support Functional Additives Leadership Team in portfolio and project management using appropriate tools and databases.
: Schedule Project Gate meetings and maintain records of projects and portfolio of gate projects.
: Compose complex reports and presentations using Microsoft Office suite; includes pivot tables and project management tools.
: Code and verify departmental expenses and run related SAP reports.
: Analyze data and trends from SAP and other Arkema tools and databases.
: Organize programs, events, and meetings with Site Services and catering teams.
: Schedule meetings, including those involving members of the global FA team.
: Arrange travel, schedules and expense reports for Director, R and D Managers and senior staff.
: Create and maintain records and databases in Microsoft Office and Sales Force.
: Prepare documents for capital purchases and analyze expenses.
: Arrange applicant interviews, including travel, schedules and expense reimbursement.
: Maintain confidential files and records.
: Maintain standard office supplies, printers and copiers.
: Participation in site safety programs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL and ABILITIES REQUIRED
: High School diploma with 5:7 years of administrative support experience with a mid:to:large size department.
: Self:motivated, organized, and details:oriented with proven ability to operate with limited supervision.
: Must have strong PC and software applications skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); prior experience with SAP is a strong plus.
: Prior experience with pivot tables and data organization and manipulation is a strong plus.
: Excellent communication skills is a key requirement.
