Job Description 100 York, Jenkintown, PA 100 York is a 589 unit property that provides a receptionist/office manager the opportunity to use their organizational skills and customer service skills to effectively communicate with all prospects and tenants as well as keep the office organized. We are looking for an inviting, motivated, and excited receptionist/office manager with a previous background of either or. 100 York offers a competitive hourly wage and quality benefits. Responsibilities The Receptionist/Office Manager duties and desired characteristics include but are not limited to: Issue and program smart cards and fobs- train office staff on "how to", as well as keep inventory on the cards Troubleshoot any copier/fax issues and replace supplies as needed (ie. Replace toners, remove jams, resolve and clear trouble messages etc.) Order office supplies in general and keep an inventory Set up/ monitor HandyTrac system and train office staff on how to use it properly Answers phones, review phone messages, direct phone calls to the proper person, and answer emails Oversee resident temporary parking passes/extended visitor passes and resident permanent parking passes, as well as issue parking stickers and keep parking sticker log Oversee intercom system for all residents Schedule pest control Submit, review, print and file work orders. Manage Vendor sign in and sign out as well as issue vendor badges to them Log uniform pick up and drop offs Send email blasts to residents File all necessary papers in their correct places Print and stock all office sheets and forms Create monthly newsletters and distribute to buildings as well as send an email blast Create storage and parking maps Create prospect folders, community guidelines package and other appropriate sheets Call for necessary vendors for office issues (ie Intercom system company, Comcast etc.) Contests for Residents when applicable (creative thinking) Help set up and maintain package room VERY proficient on computer Job Requirements A minimum of 1 year in either receptionist or office management roles Superior customer service skills Ability to work as a team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation. Outstanding verbal communication skills. Great organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook, Excel and Publisher This is a five day work week including some weekends if necessary Reliable transportation is required.
