After more than a decade of faithful service to our team, our current office manager has decided to retire. Our team is a family and our new office manager will have big shoes to fill. We are very serious about finding the perfect fit for this vital role to the organization. They will assume the role of leader and coach who must provide inspiration and guidance to our staff. We have nearly 40 people throughout the company, and the office manager is responsible to handle the basic duties required from a Human Resources professional, along with overseeing our office staff. With a staff of 6 customer service reps, our office manager works to coordinate smooth transactions between procurement, engineering, shipping and sales. They will ensure excellent customer satisfaction and increased business as a result. Our company culture is something we are very proud of and each day is something that is filled with new adventures.
