The Office Assistant is responsible for serving as support to the Reception and Administrative team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and redirect to departments Greet and assist visitors Perform administrative duties such as fax and copy various memos, correspondence and other documents Prepare spreadsheets, documents, and presentations for management Maintain files and ensure organization Prepare, review and process client enrollment materials Back-up administrative staff by assisting with applications Perform other duties as assignedQualifications High School diploma and/or GED equivalent Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience Ability to work independently Proficient in an Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Strong Customer Service skills Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing(See Job Description)
