In the Internal Sales Support role, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Annuity Internal Sales teams. You will perform and deliver on routine assignments for your assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines.
:Supports internal wholesalers by running routine illustrations and sales reports
:Supports marketing campaigns through administrative tasks
:Contributes to administrative projects as needed
:Answers questions from stakeholders regarding administrative procedures via email, telephone or in person.
:Reviews and processes documents for completeness and proper approvals as needed.
:Reviews daily workflow, enters information in database(s), and completes other routine tasks and responsibilities.
:Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
:Meets or exceed departmental quality and service standards
:High School Diploma/GED or minimum Associates Degree in lieu of required experience
:College/Bachelors Degree preferred
:0:1 year of general experience : need not be directly related to the position
:Customer service and/or financial services experience preferred
:Demonstrates ability to work with others in a fast:paced, team environment
:Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
:Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail
:Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and/or clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.
:Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
:A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
:Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
:Drives tasks to completion
