Purpose and Objective of Position

Knowledge Transfer and Education (KT and E) enables the SAP ecosystem with relevant, consistent and scalable informing, learning, and collaboration : for SAP Innovations and SAP:internal processes. The Product Knowledge Portfolio team fully supports the overall KT and E mission to transform SAP product knowledge transfer Offerings in order to drive software adoption. We help SAP employees, customers and partners to improve the adoption of SAP software implementation knowledge and accelerate the time to value for services offerings.
Expectations and Tasks
We are looking for an intern / working student (f/m) to support the The Product Knowledge Portfolio team with project related topics, reporting, quality assurance, and organizational tasks.
These tasks include:
Help defining business requirements and processes
Project management and reporting support for programs and portfolio topics
Projects, including consolidation of research results
Learn to work with social media and knowledge tools in a corporate environment
Support presentation creation for end users and managers
General administrative support for meetings
Skills / Competencies
Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). HTML, XML, and Java skills are nice to have but not necessary.
Language skills: German, English
Soft skills: Team work, Fast understanding of business reasons, Good communication skills, high interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization
Student (f/m) : ) at a university or university of applied science. Study field(s) include but are not limited to: Knowledge Management, Computer Science, Business Studies. Bachelor students are welcome
