Job Description We are a medium-sized real estate development firm based primarily in Center City and South Philadelphia looking for an administrative assistant with data entry responsibilities. The position has varied roles with most time spent in an office. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The candidate will provide administrative support, greet visitors, answer and respond to calls and emails as well as keeping our computer/online systems up to date (experience with Excel is a must.). Qualified candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor. Background in property management and real estate is a plus but not required – this job is entry level. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
