Administrative Assistant

Turn5, Inc. is seeking an energetic, friendly Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Service team. In addition to being the first face customers and visitors will see when they enter the contact center, this person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative functions within the Customer Service department.

Key Role Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of previous Customer Service experience.
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

How you’ll spend your time with us

Greet customers, vendors, and visitors upon their arrival at Turn5 while following company guidelines for visitors.
Place orders and coordinate fulfillment for walk-in customers.
Serve as email representative.
Coordinate content for AV in the reception and CS areas.
Sort and distribute mail and packages delivered to main office building.
Generate general correspondences, memos, charts, reports, business plans, etc.
Inventory control of office supplies.
Maintain office break area supplies and needs.
Maintain coffee machines
Organization and cleanliness of office space.
Identify and report any/all issues to management.
Assist with answering phone calls and responding to emails when needed.
Assist department heads with various duties as necessary
Responsible for building tours
