Assistant/Operations Manager needed for a top:ranking Real Estate team in Haverford, PA. With the help of this individual, the Agents want to focus on selling real estate rather than the back:end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond, is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion, and who thrives in a fast:paced work environment.
This persons primary responsibilities are:
x25CF; Assisting and supporting a team of salespeople
x25CF; Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience
x25CF; Managing day:to:day office operations
x25CF; Maintaining a constant presence on social media
x25CF; Maintaining database management system(s)
x25CF; Lead Management Assistance
x25CF; Marketing listings : Strong IT skills necessary
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. Experience with Macs is a plus. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy to:do lists. They will be an outside the box thinker and problem solver, will work well in both a team setting and independently. The right candidate will be persistent in following:up with third parties to the Real Estate transaction to keep us within our contract deadlines and get our client to the closing table on time.
It is important that this individual is upbeat, considers themselves to be a perfectionist, extremely computer savvy, and welcomes constructive criticism as a tool for growth. This person will be somebody who has a big vision for team growth and expansion. They will be ready to conquer the world with the team Must be competitive in nature and love to win.
Experience with Contact Retention Management Systems is a plus. Candidate will need to be willing to obtain real estate license (Agent will reimburse this cost) and work in the field from time:to:time (e.g. open to assisting salespeople and handling special projects, as needed).
Ideal candidate will be open to working some or all Sundays (and taking another day off). Salary will be larger for a candidate willing to work on Sundays.
Most importantly this person will possess a positive, can do attitude and will bring a sense of fun to the team.
x25CF; Salary Range is 40,000 : 50,000, based on experience. Potentially more, if willing to work on Sundays.
