Job Description Savvy-Marketers LLC is looking for a savvy and dynamic administrative assistant that will report to the CEO. The ideal candidate needs to be able to multi-task, and manage multiple projects and assignments at one time. The candidate will be responsible for departmental management and administrative duties that require comprehensive knowledge of preparing reports for the CEO, therefore, should be proficient in preparing powerpoint presentations and be able to think outside the box. Our ideal candidate is expected to exercise considerable tact and discretion under tight deadlines. We place big emphasis on having organizational skills, interpersonal skills, preparing and compiling data for reporting. EXAMPLES OF WORK: Composes letters, memorandum, develops charts, answers telephone, greeting clients, keep track of office inventory, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility. Maintain CEO's schedule, appointments, calendar, travel, distribute mail, maintain files and financial records, scanning, prepares and expedites purchase orders, maintains attendance reports, and perform other duties as assigned. This position is part-time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to 1pm. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, as well as, within a team setting.
