Job Description
Sales Account Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for new business generation, account penetration, and further sale of related products and services for Trillion Communications in North America.
The Business Development Manager will work to expand and promote Trillions complete product and services portfolio to new and existing customers, meeting or exceeding all assigned sales objectives and targeted growth areas.
Key Responsibilities:
:Responsible for new business, account penetration, and further sale of related products and services.
:Meet monthly revenue targets and measurable non:revenue objectives.
:Generate incremental equipment/ services sales to existing customer base.
:Follow accounts through proposal, pricing, initial support, and on:going account maintenance.
:Serve the account through customer meetings, assessment, and proposal development, executive:level meetings, and continual assessment of additional marketing and revenue :generating opportunities.
:Establishing and reporting on business KPIs during regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
:Work jointly with the CEO and Operations teams to assure customer satisfaction with pricing support, order provisioning, and project management.
:Lead initiatives that fuel company scalability and growth.
:Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
:Assist in developing new product and marketing strategies for assigned accounts.
:Complete sales forecasting and backlog requirements.
:Other General
Administrative/Operational duties as required.
:Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar discipline required; technical background is preferred.

:Experience managing sales in a strategic sales organization; preferably with cable and telecom equipment.
:Experience working in a fast growing telecom, distribution, and/or supply chain organization.
:3 : 5 years of sales experience is preferred

:Highly self:motivated with a solid work ethic.
:Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities.
:Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
:Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and speaking skills.
:Comfortable presenting to live audiences and via WebEx.
:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
:Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Up to 50 travel may be required.
